About

Brad Bennett is a strategist, musician, and artist based in Sydney, Australia.

By day, he leads growth, digital strategy and media at Paper Moose, a B-Corp creative agency. His writing on creativity, ethics, and effectiveness has appeared in AdNews, Mumbrella, WARC, and LBB.

By night (and weekends), he makes noise. He's performed with avant-garde composers Glenn Branca and Rhys Chatham as part of their legendary guitar orchestras, and currently plays synthesizers in the Sydney drone/doom band The Grey Men.

Previous bands include Bling Kong (an 11-piece NYC rock band featuring 4 cheerleaders, 3 drummers, and a video ninja — covered in Time Out New York and SPIN Magazine) and Kilowatthours (Brooklyn indie rock, Temporary Residence Ltd).

His visual work spans sound art, photography, and artist books. Recent projects include the Tlön Encyclopaedia artist book series, the Noise 1 / Reverie sound installation at Ellipsis Gallery, and FujiFilm Instax photography exhibited at Head On Photo Festival.

He also builds custom motorcycles. His Moto Guzzi V7 cafe racer has been featured in Return of the Cafe Racers and Throttle Roll.
