You could call it erotica, though that word has become a kind of apology. This is a series of photographs taken with a plastic camera, transformed into acrylic paint transfer prints on handmade paper, then hand bound into a book.

I feel like raw desire in art is unfashionable, relegated to pop music, tiktok reels or porn. With this book I wanted to elevate a handful of moments that completely dominated my thinking for months, and then print (or paint) them in a way that acknowledges how the memories will distort or degrade over time.
